Restringing Service

If you have a broken or loose pearl or beaded necklace or bracelet, we can restring it.

Bespoke Jewellery Policies
Our jewellery design warranty does not include metal or stone scratches after being handed to the client or damaging the gemstone.
Once the client agrees with the quotation and 50% of the deposit has been given, we will start the design and keep you updated with the process of the jewel before we finish it.
At some point during the CAD design process, you could remove or add a few details, before printing the wax.
Commissioned jewellery is non-refundable as the piece has been designed for a particular client with a specific description such as size, stones and carats.
